FamilyTask is published by Avaetch Tools ("we", "our", "us"). We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application.

We collect only the data necessary for the app to function:

• Parent account: email address (for authentication) and name
• Children profiles: names, PINs, and avatar preferences
• Tasks: task titles, descriptions, points, and completion status
• Family data: family name and unique family code

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Authenticate your account and manage sessions
• Create and manage family tasks
• Track points and rewards for children
• Enable family sharing via QR codes

4. Data Storage

All data is stored securely on Supabase servers located in the European Union (EU). We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your information.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob: displays advertisements in the free version. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data according to its own privacy policy. You can remove ads by purchasing Premium.
• Supabase: cloud database and authentication infrastructure.

6. Children's Privacy

Children's accounts are created and managed exclusively by the parent. Children do not provide personal data directly. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 without parental consent. The parent is responsible for managing their children's data within the app.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties, except as required by the third-party services listed above or when required by law.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data (family, children profiles, tasks, sessions) is permanently deleted.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data through the app
• Correct inaccurate information via your profile settings
• Delete your account and all associated data at any time
• Request a copy of your data by contacting us

10. Account Deletion

You can delete your account directly from the app settings, or by visiting our account deletion page. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of FamilyTask after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
